  Climate Change - True Believer or Skeptic?

  climate change ... who doesn't believe it?

  crazy fools and science deniers ... right?.

  it seems like it's become the new religion, the new orthodoxy, that must be accepted and believed as gospel and preached to all.. is it ok to be skeptical?.

  Living creatures who travel upon our most wonderful planet eat foods they consider delicacies, breathe air to acquire Oxygen, then exhale to provide Carbon Dioxide to the atmosphere.

  Living things which are essentially stationary with roots into the soil, in turn "eat" the Carbon Dioxide in order to convert it into cellulose, lignin, sugars and other substances and chemicals which are beneficial to the aforementioned "travelers" as either materials useful in commerce or as foods.

  A well thought out plan by those who made all life possible. Therefore, Carbon Dioxide is not a pollutant but a plant food. Unless, of course, those who make "rules of men" wish to classify it as a pollutant in order to serve some political purpose.

  Farmers know better. Without abundant Carbon Dioxide there are no crops.

  Many of Christendom's doctrines are the Doctrines of Men.

  We are informed in The Book that there is an Almighty God;

  that there is a Firstborn Son of God;

  that there is a created Family who occupy the heavens;

  that Man and Woman were created from dust to inhabit Earth.

  Not as much detail as we'd like has been provided to fully satisfy our curiosity. At least, not yet.

  More to come in our very, very, very long future.

  I don't see a Trinity as taught by men anywhere.

  that is absolutely the number one rule that i resent.. i feel sorry for some of those poor dependent minded jws who can't find anyone to marry.

  all because they were only allowed to be with witnesses.

  My highschool Jw (that was how we did it back then - the w was always lower case) classmate, whose family introduced me to The Cult, was actually a pretty Worldly guy. His girlfriend was a fellow classmate (Presbyterian) and his behaviors were not unusual otherwise either Yep, he could curse and swear just like the rest of the guys in class. That was back in 1957 so obviously things have changed a great deal. Or maybe that congregation was out of the ordinary.

  But then it may have been that he was very skillfully living a double life also...

  I was associated with the witnesses for only about 15 months after baptism so never did find out for certain what his real story was.

  I did not realize how difficult it is presently in the UK. I therefore well understand the need for caution and diligent moderation.

  We in America are not there yet but are rapidly approaching.

  Who is it you are not able to criticize? There you will find your master.

  Hate is wrong. The Bible tells us that. We are not to hate anyone, even those who abuse us or control us. In due time we shall see.

  This time we are in is wondrous. All things hidden are slowly being revealed. Just as it was foretold.

  The fear of losing all that we hold dear is one of the strongest powers or controls that The Cult us able to inculcate in the members. Being in the situation you describe for so many is so horribly stressful and debilitating. While in that place all choices that we might normally make seem all wrong. Such is the depth of the programming.

  At some point we must muster the determination to break free even though it may mean the temporary loss of those we think of as our "loved ones." The sooner this is done the better but, it is never without consequences. The Cult has made sure of that.

  The example of the "prodigal son" makes it quite clear that parents are not able to do much more than set an example of what is good and hope that our offspring eventually regain their senses. As a matter of fact it seems that your daughter has already broken free of the doctrine and dogma but is rendered helpless by emotional ties.
  

  Looks to me that you're doing just what you need to do. I believe that your daughter will in time find the strength to do what she must to break the bonds of emotional deception which are presently holding her hostage. People who are conscientious and loving always have the most difficult time with the process of breaking free. Until they finally realize that their loving thoughts and actions aren't returned with sincerity.

  These sorts of experiences, though heart rending and calamitous, are beneficial in the long run to our growth once we work through them. There is light at the end of every tunnel.

  I condemn bad behaviors of any nation.

  One can only wonder why the State of Israel gets a "pass" on the World stage for its brutalities.

  Censorship and loss of Constitutionally guaranteed Free Speech in America is very troubling.

  Very few people in Congress dare to speak up.

  By the way, what is the now "official" definition of "Anti-Semitism" over there?

  Do You Take Any Special Vitamins or Meds That You Would Recommend?

  as we get older , we tend to feel the aches and pains or some tiredness like never before.. i have some friends who are in excellent condition and i’ve asked what their secret was.. some swear by cbd oil as a cure all for aches and localized pain.

  greek yogurt is a natural food that can attack gut fat as does taking probiotics.

  have you found anything that makes you more energized?

  as the clock ticks down, i just wish our politicians would get on with it.

  i think teresa may has had a bitch of a job in the last couple of years and wish her well.

  as a once labour supporter i could not under any circumstance support them again under jeremy corbyn and diane abbot.. i voted out, and do still have hope that the uk will prosper free of europe.

  The EU is looking more and more like a Cult itself. It does seem that some of its 'states' are rejecting the mandate for forced immigration such as Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland.

  I certainly hope that the UK manages to break free from EU strangulation.
